Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Supervisor Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in an Accounts Receivable role Do you want to be part of a company helping to make a difference in individuals lives In the role of AR Supervisor your oversight of all aspects of Accounts Receivable revenue recognition billing and cash application reporting and reconciliations will make you an important part of our commitment to serve : $71000 Annually*Hybrid model: Must be able to commute to Rancho Cucamonga office 1x a week and as needed for business daily and monthly revenue and cash activities to ensure that revenues are recorded timely and accuratelyAudit methods and procedures of the accounts receivable function to improve efficiency and maintain accurate recordsAct as liaison between Shared Service Center (SSC) and Clinical Operations to ensure timely submission and accuracy of dataProcess Roll-Up of services (if required); reconcile units/charges against reports received from Clinical Operations for reasonablenessGenerate distribute and review revenue/billing reports Audit monthly proceduresMaintain an effective control environment for the accounting operationsQualifications: Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and some supervisory experienceEffective communication skills and strong management skillsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-taskStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sourcesWhy Join Us Full-time position (40 hours/week) Full compensation/benefits package plus401(k) with company Paid time off and holiday -Demand Pay-get paid for the days you work without waiting for payday!
