Job Summary
Part-Time Outpatient TherapistThe Therapist at Mentor Behavioral Health provides therapeutic interventions to youth families and adults. Services are provided in homes communities office and virtually whichever best meets the needs of individuals served. Provide therapy family support and crisis interventions to an individual family and/or group using various treatment mental health consultation to stakeholders and treatment team individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary teamDevelop and coordinate discharge timely and accurate health record documentation.
