Our Business Consultant Senior uses product and industry knowledge to assist customers in solving business problems and analyze business requirements working with Solution Architects to define the technical solutions needed to achieve the business goals and objectives. Serves as the conduit between CSGs implementation team(s) and the customers business stakeholders over the course of the Software Delivery Life Cycle. Required to interface with multi-disciplinary teams and may contribute to pre-sales support and input to RFP responses

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant who will:

Apply business acumen technical and declarative skills to quickly assess diagnose and design digital monetization solutions that solve our customers toughest business challenges.
Facilitate and guide customer workshops through the discovery process to understand their pain points and define business configuration to deliver client requirements.
Document user-centered requirements relevant to achieving the customers goals and objectives.
Translates business requirements to technical requirements while balancing them between whats technically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable.
Identify customer requests or questions that are not addressed by the SaaS solution and provide appropriate responses guiding back to OOTB capabilities.
Collaborates with the project solution architect to create the Blueprint Document as part of the customers initial onboarding process.
Assist in the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria for each functional business requirement.
This job requires domestic and/or international travel up to 20%.

Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who:

Bachelors Degree in Business Computer Science Information Technology Engineering (Telecommunications) MBA (with major in Computing) or equivalent education/experience required.
5-7 years of experience as a business/software consultant in the telecommunications or other relevant industry.
Deep understanding of business models within telecoms cable and media verticals: (eTOM and TAM preferably even SID)
Nice to have: Certificates associated to Business Analysis Professional (e.g. CBAP Certificate: ) Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Aptitude ARRE professional (product for IFRS implementation).
