Job Summary
CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责
Own complete product portfolio in assigned segments responsible for the product life cycle management.
Build up product line roadmap for the segment assigned and responsible for the execution of the product strategy
Identify opportunities for new product development by understanding competitive landscape and market situation
Lead new projects development partner with key stakeholders and a wide variety of functional groups such as sales R&D manufacturing sourcing supply chain to support new product development. This includes managing stage-gate review process ensuring project objectives technical requirement target price and cost timeline are clearly understood by all functions utilizing a project charter to lead execution of detailed project plans.
Develop a personal expertise on product markets including a complete intelligence file on competitors pricing product market activity and end-user preference.
Closely work with Marcom and commercial team on the NPD launch and rollout
Analyze market size & growth identify growth opportunities through market research.
Deliver sales growth increase market share strengthen brand value.
Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above with 3 yrs working experience in Chemicals industry coating experience preferred
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
