Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Senior Buyer located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao.
Reporting to the Buyer Leader the Senior Buyer role involves in This role involves outsourcing procurement and GBS procurement follow up.
What a typical day looks like:
- 协助经理管理海外供应商
- 协助经理和公司海外采购中心交流互动
- 根据MRP制定交货计划
- 签发订单并跟踪订单状态
- 向供应商发布相关预测并跟踪他们
- 推动供应商100准时交货
- 保持合理的库存水平
- 及时处理不合格品防止废弃库存的发生
- 采购商品出现问题时积极解决并及时升级上报
- 完成经理交代的其他任务
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- 大专及以上学历
- 优秀的英文听说读写能力
- 5年以上的外企制造业采购相关经验
- 具有丰富的采购经验和较强的沟通能力
- 熟练使用ERP系统及办公软件
