Job description
In this positon you will serve as the expert on HR-related topics providing guidance on offboarding leave management employee changes and assisting employees with topics related to HR procedures and self-service usage. You will be the first point of contact for queries coming from employees via tickets (Jira) ensuring prompt and effective responses; you will take care and understand customer needs clarify every issue thoroughly provide timely updates and deliver final solutions that meet their expectations. This position requires working closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be evaluating incoming questions take care the majority of cases and dispatch cases that require in-depth subject matter expertise to the responsible teams.
