Your Role as an Early Childhood Teacher
- Lead and contribute to high-quality programming and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to design meaningful learning experiences
- Promote trauma-informed and culturally safe practices every day
- Uphold compliance and regulatory requirements with integrity and professionalism
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and School Readiness Funding (SRF) plan
- Engage in partnerships with key stakeholders and participate in community consultations
- Listen actively and respond thoughtfully to the needs of children families and the community
- Mentor and support team members through reflective practice and shared learning
Who You Are
Were looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who:
- Ideally holds a Bachelor of Teaching (3-4 year qualification)
- Ideally has 3-5 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
- Brings warmth energy and enthusiasm
- Communicates with clarity and compassion
- Embraces innovation and continuous learning
- Is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood experiences
- Understands and actively promotes child safety and cultural safety
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Values collaboration and community engagement as part of their professional practice
