Salary & Benefits
$81000 $120000 per year FTE (inclusive of super)
Plus additional benefits including:

Early Careers Program & Support
At Aspect we know that starting your career is a big stepso weve built a program to support you every step of the way.
Youll benefit from:
- A comprehensive induction program while you build your caseload
- A structured early careers training pathway (first 1218 months)
- Regular clinical supervision and mentoring
- Training in Positive Behaviour Support and autism-specific approaches
- Ongoing monthly professional development sessions
- A gradual supported transition to managing your own caseload
What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting 34 participants per day in community settings
- Working collaboratively with participants and their families/support networks
- Building practical functional skills that support everyday life
- Developing strengths-based person-centred support strategies
- Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
Unlike private practice you wont need to source your own clientswell support you to build a sustainable caseload.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in:
- Occupational Therapy or
- Speech Pathology
- 13 years experience (or new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Interest in working with autistic people and neurodivergence
- Willingness to work in community-based settings
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- AHPRA registration (for OTs)
