Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Ability to develop advanced SQL queries stored procedures functions and data transformations to support analytics and operational reporting.
- Ability to develop reports and interactive user-friendly dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools like Power BI.
- Ability to design and implement data extraction transformation and automation workflows using programming languages such as Python and C#.
- Ability to analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable insights
- 35 years of professional experience in developing reports and dashboards managing and disseminating traffic-related data preferably in an IT or government environment.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and data processing skills
- Familiarity with transportation systems such as ATMS ITS infrastructure and traffic management platforms.
- Understanding of GIS tools (ArcGIS QGIS) and spatial data.
- Provide technical guidance on data best practices visualization standards and performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a transportation domain or ITS-focused environment
- Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients/projects
- Experience with KPI development and performance measurement frameworks
- Knowledge of data governance data quality and standardization practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional/data solutions
- Experience in process improvement workflow optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
