Contract Type: Travel
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 410 Days
Pay: $2664/week
Completion Bonus: $2500 per contract (up to $7500 after three contracts)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Glen Burnie Maryland. This role supports a high-acuity cardiac care environment assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
The ideal candidate is skilled in cath lab workflows patient monitoring and procedural support with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
Monitor and assess patients before during and after procedures
Administer medications and sedation as appropriate
Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment and sterile field
Respond to emergency situations including code events
Collaborate with cardiologists techs and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Maryland or compact state)
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures and hemodynamic monitoring
Ability to thrive in a high-acuity fast-paced environment
