Job Summary
Magnolia Belle Womens Addiction Wellness is seeking a skilled and compassionate counselor/therapist to join our addiction and dual diagnosis treatment program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction and mental health treatment and a passion for helping those struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with addiction and dual diagnosis disorders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each clients unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
- Provide education and support to clients families and loved ones.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in counseling social work or a related field.
- Addiction Counselors (RAC CAC and LAC) are encouraged to apply.
- State licensure or certification as a counselor or therapist.
- Experience working with addiction and dual diagnosis clients.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for addiction and mental health disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use computer and the ability to drive.
Schedule:
- Full time. Looking for someone that can start immediately.
