Job Description
As a Security GSOC Officerin San Francisco CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic tech media and telecom this role you will monitor communications and alarm activity coordinate incident response document security-related events and provide outstanding customer service. You will help support a seamless operation through clear communication teamwork and integrity while contributing to a caring agile reliable and innovative culture.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients employees and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures communication protocols and emergency response activities for a fast-paced technology and communications location.
- Monitor dispatch systems phones radios alarms cameras and/or other communication tools to receive calls document activity and coordinate appropriate security-related responses.
- Respond to incidents service requests and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating information to site contacts first responders and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs reports and dispatch records including incident details officer activity visitor-related information and status updates for ongoing situations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned while helping to deter unwanted activity and reporting maintenance access control and/or security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
