Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures access protocols and assigned security-related duties at a technology and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings work areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials when required and document security-related incidents observations and/or maintenance concerns in accordance with post procedures.
• Support daily site operations by reporting suspicious activity assisting with visitor directions and carrying out emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
