The Therapist at Mentor Behavioral Health provides therapeutic interventions to children and families. Provide therapy family support and crisis interventions to an individual family and/or group using various treatment mental health consultation to stakeholders and treatment team individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary teamDevelop and coordinate discharge timely and accurate health record documentation.
