Job Summary
Overview
Are you looking to be part of a great Maintenance Team Otterbein is looking to add a dedicated and motivated Groundskeeper to our team!
Shift: 1st shift Candidates with experience and a willingness to be part of a great team are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Mows lawn using hand power or riding lawnmower.
- Trim and edge around walks flower beds and walls
- Hand weed gardens and spread mulch.
- Trim shrubs and low hanging branches.
- Water plants and grass as needed.
- Clean outside patio furniture as directed.
- Assist with set up and tear down of tents etc. for outdoor activities.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Licensure/Certification: Must have a valid Ohio drivers license and be insurable
- Experience: HVAC and electrical required maintenance experience in a maintenance department and prior experience in a health care facility preferred
