Job Summary
Interim Operations Management Program Service Director - ABI Services- This position is short-term. It is for an expected duration of 4 weeks but could last up to you been looking for a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services Look no further. This role is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission-driven work we do here every direction leadership and supervision of staff to carry out operations and quality company policies and procedures related to program health care and safety of individuals being and monitor the development and implementation of treatment and service delivery licensing reviews and assist with the development of a correction plan and oversee consistent implementation of the relationships and provide information about the company to families case managers regional communities and other with parents/guardians and professionals regarding the needs progress and concerns of individuals and maintain licensure of all assigned homes/ implementation of policy/systems for handling of individuals receiving support and company : Bachelors degree in human services social work or related fieldMasters degree preferred Must have five years of experience in the human services field One to three years of supervisory experience required CPR and First AidMust have ARF certificationNursing/Healthcare experience preferredJob is a minimum of 4 weeks duration but could last up to 12 weeksCurrent drivers license car registration and auto insurance Licensure as required by the stateStrong leadership qualities attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills to manage relationships and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines Why Join Us Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company match.
