We are looking for an experienced Data Center market expert who will be responsible for driving business development in the areas of Digital Infrastructure and Mission Critical Power.

This role focuses on the strategic development of sales for comprehensive Data Centre Facility (DCF) solutions including among others critical power systems energy architecture and energy efficiency solutions.

The position is strictly sales- and strategy-oriented with full responsibility for:

  • market development and identification of new business opportunities

  • building and managing the sales pipeline

  • delivering on ambitious business targets across the region

  • developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.

We are seeking a professional who combines strong sales capabilities with a deep understanding of the Data Center market and can effectively drive business growth within the critical infrastructure environment.

Job Title: Business Development Manager Datacenter - Digital Power

Job Location: (Warsaw Poland)

Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Business Development Manager for Data Center Facility to drive strategic sales and growth initiatives across Poland and Baltic. This is a purely sales-focused leadership role responsible for developing managing and expanding relationships with key colocation service providers general contractors and consulting firms within the data center industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at collocation providers general contractors and consulting firms identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Europe targeting core enterprise and hyperscale clients maximizing market penetration and revenue growth.

  • Opportunity Development: Identify and qualify large-scale business opportunities leveraging deep industry knowledge and networks to drive strategic wins.

  • Sales Leadership: Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing solution engineering and operations teams to ensure successful client engagement and execution of sales plans.

  • Revenue Growth & Forecasting: Drive sales pipeline development accurately forecast revenue and achieve or exceed ambitious regional sales targets.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to advise on strategic positioning and inform business development plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in data center sales or business development preferably with colocation providers hyperscale operators or consulting firms.

  • Executive-Level Networking: Strong relationships and familiarity with senior decision-makers in colocation service providers general contractors and consulting firms within the data center sector.

  • Track Record of Success: Demonstrable experience in closing large-scale high-value deals and delivering measurable revenue growth.

  • Strategic Sales Expertise: Strong ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies identify opportunities and lead complex negotiations.

  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of the European data center market industry dynamics and client business drivers.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English with strong presentation and negotiation skills suitable for executive-level interactions.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within Europe to meet key clients and attend industry events.

  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale colocation projects hyperscale deployments and consulting-led decision-making processes.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work with technical solution architects to tailor offerings to client needs.
