We are looking for self-driven Recruitment Consultant EMEA to help us grow legendary team and exceptional recruitment brand.

This role offers a unique recruitment experience in Poland and across EMEA markets. This is only available for passionate people with proven track record. Experience and skills matter but mindset does the trick.

You will:

• Recruit - every day :) that is what we do. Only quality candidates for our Clients. No red tape. Forget KPIs.

• Lead End2End recruitment processes across different geographies

• Take part in brave projects that disrupt recruitment industry

• Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow

• Keep people happy - Deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience

• Think outside of the box and tackle the toughest sourcing challenges

• Take part in external events such as meetups or conferences

• Grow our online and offline presence

• Support other members of the team

Requirements:

• Strong experience in leading full life-cycle recruitment projects

• Being a Subject Matter Expert in the IT recruitment area with a solid network of candidates and managers

• Knowledge of the latest trends & tools in recruitment

• Ability to build long-term relationships with client(s) candidates and colleagues

• Previous experience form recruitment agency is a strong asset

• Ability to work on your own initiative and contribute to the companys success

• Flexible way of thinking and openness for recruitment projects across various industries and countries
