Job Summary
Were looking for a proactive and people-focused Learning Consultant Associate Manager to lead and develop our team while driving performance and results. Youll act as a key link between local teams and management ensuring smooth operations strong communication and alignment with company goals.
What youll do
Lead motivate and support team members to achieve their goals
Monitor team performance track KPIs and report progress to the LC Manager
Run regular 1:1s and team meetings to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
Identify challenges provide solutions and ensure teams have the tools they need to succeed
Oversee daily operations and optimize team structure and efficiency
People & HR responsibilities
Manage performance reviews probation periods and day-to-day HR matters
Coordinate schedules holidays and team availability
Lead recruitment: sourcing interviewing and onboarding new hires
Identify training needs and support professional development initiatives
What were looking for
2 years of experience managing teams in customer service or similar environments
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized proactive and able to multitask
Comfortable with MS Office and Google tools
Fluent in English and French
