Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting processing and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs create reports and dashboards and contribute to data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and acquire data from internal systems databases and external sources.
Clean organize and validate raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights.
Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel Tableau Power BI or similar.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity across systems and processes.
Document analysis processes methodologies and data sources for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting or streamline data-related workflows.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of direct experience as a Data Analyst
3 years of experience in Excel modeling (Exceptional/Expert Level)
Comfort and ability to leverage AI in enhancing capability and productivity.
Real Estate experience is strongly preferred with at least 2 years of experience
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker).

Compensation

$1500 - $2500 per month paid in USD depending on experience.
