Were looking for aClient Experience Associate (CEA)who will serve as the voice of the client inside our firm ensuring every client feels heard supported and informed throughout their case.

Renier Hotopp Law Offices is a boutique Wisconsin family law firm with offices in Burlington and De Pere. Led by founder Lindsay Renier our team focuses exclusively on family law allowing us to provide highly specialized and personalized service.
We combine deep local expertise with a collaborative client-first approach delivering both compassionate advocacy and efficient results-driven representation.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively connect with clients at key points in their case to ensure satisfaction and clarity
- Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and non-legal issues
- Identify and resolve client frustrations before they escalate
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Respond to billing questions and follow up on outstanding balances
- Support trust replenishment communication and collections efforts
- Manage and execute our Google review initiative to strengthen our online reputation
- Track client interactions feedback and tasks in Clio Manage
- Maintain clear detailed documentation in client files
What Success Looks Like:
- Clients feel consistently informed supported and valued
- Issues are resolved quickly and professionally
- Strong response times (under 24 hours)
- Increased positive client reviews and feedback
- Improved collections and reduced outstanding balances
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- 2 years of client service customer success or account management experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM or case management systems
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the legal industry
- Familiarity with Clio Manage
- Experience with billing support or collections
