Bytes & Pixels is a Munich-based tech company building Labeless - a mobile app that helps consumers make healthier food choices by scanning product barcodes for nutritional insights. We are looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Manager to drive our growth through data-driven acquisition campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads and Web2App funnels. Tasks
- Plan execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on improving ROAS and lowering CPA
- Build and iterate on Web2App funnels to convert web traffic into mobile app installs
- Develop and test new acquisition funnels (e.g. skincare vertical) to expand our user base
- Analyze campaign performance data identify trends and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Create and test ad creatives copy and landing pages in collaboration with the product team
- Monitor and report on key growth KPIs (installs retention ROAS CAC)
- Stay up to date on platform changes best practices and emerging paid acquisition channels
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing ideally in a mobile app or D2C environment
- Strong experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager)
- Familiarity with Web2App funnels deep linking and mobile attribution tools (e.g. Adjust AppsFlyer or similar)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on KPIs
- Experience with A/B testing of creatives audiences and landing pages
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced lean startup environment
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Based in or near Munich or willing to work in a hybrid setup
