Job Summary
Description:
We are looking for Senior Performance testing & engineering associate/Lead with 6 years of experience with sound technical knowledge in defining & executing Performance testing strategy. Knowledge on Tax domain is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy:Define the end-to-end performance engineering strategy - to model execute load stress and endurance testing (API and UI based scenarios). Define shift-left performance test approach.
- Tooling & Automation:Design and implement scalable performance frameworks usingArtillery PlaywrightJMeter andK6.
- NFR Management:Collaborate with stakeholders to define and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as throughput latency and resource utilization.
- Deep-Dive Analysis:Conduct system performance monitoring and tuning. Analyze thread dumps heap dumps and database execution plans to optimize system health.
- Data & Scripting:Write complexSQL queries to validate data integrity and prepare large-scale test datasets. Data profiling knowledge is nice-to-have. Ability to develop custom scripts usingJavaScript TypeScript or Python.
- Nice-to-have - Tax Domain knowledge:Apply domain-specific knowledge to simulate realistic peak-season tax filing scenarios and complex financial calculations.

Databases | Advanced SQL skills for performance tuning and backend validation. |
Monitoring | Deep understanding of APM tools (e.g. Dynatrace New Relic Datadog) and infrastructure monitoring. |
Domain | Experience in the Tax or Fintech domain (highly preferred). |
