Job Title:Copilot Studio Developer/Architect

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Range: 40-45lpa

Role Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Copilot Studio Developer with deep experience in enterprise

governance solution architecture and generative AI application development. This role requires a

seasoned professional with 10 years of experience designing intelligent automation building AI

agents and delivering secure scalable solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. You will play a key

role in shaping our AI strategy building advanced copilots and ensuring responsible governed

adoption of AI across the enterprise.

Job Experience Requirements:

Experience & Expertise

7 10 years in solution development enterprise architecture or platform engineering.

Proven experience building AI agents autonomous workflows and generative AI applications.

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform and Microsoft 365

ecosystem.

Strong understanding of AI governance responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance.

Experience designing secure scalable architectures using Azure (Functions Logic Apps API

Management Azure OpenAI etc.).

Deep knowledge of APIs connectors data integration and identity management (Entra ID).

Technical Skills

Expertise in prompt engineering RAG patterns and LLM-based solution design.

Strong low-code/no-code development skills with Power Platform.

Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD and ALM for Power Platform and AI solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across data identity and integration layers.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to balance innovation with governance and risk management.

Comfortable leading workshops training sessions and architectural discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications (PL-400 PL-600 AI-102 AZ-305).

Experience implementing enterprise-scale governance for AI or Power Platform.

Experience with Azure OpenAI vector search or knowledge-grounded AI systems.

Job Responsibilities:

AI Agent & Generative Application Development

Design and build AI agents autonomous workflows and generative AI applications using Copilot Studio Azure OpenAI and Power Platform.

Develop advanced conversational experiences multi-step reasoning flows and custom orchestration logic.

Engineer prompts retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns and agent behaviors tailored to business scenarios. Integrate generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications data sources and business processes.

Solution Design & Copilot Development

Architect and develop custom copilots plugins connectors and integrations using Copilot Studio.

Build scalable secure and high-performing Copilot solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Implement ALM DevOps and CI/CD practices for Copilot and Power Platform solutions.

Governance Compliance & Responsible AI

Define and enforce governance frameworks for Copilot Studio and generative AI usage.

Establish policies for data access environment management lifecycle controls and responsible AI.

Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

Implement monitoring auditing and usage analytics for AI agents and Copilot solutions.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Serve as a subject-matter expert on Copilot Studio architecture Power Platform and Microsoft AI ecosystem.

Create architectural patterns reusable frameworks and integration strategies.

Lead design reviews solution assessments and platform maturity initiatives.

Mentor development teams and guide best practices for AI agent design and generative AI adoption.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent AI-driven solutions.

Collaborate with architects developers and data teams to deliver end-to-end implementations.

Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
