Role Summary
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in scaling hiring programs across diverse geographies
aligning talent supply with business demand and building a future-ready fulfillment engine.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and strengthen country-level hiring health identifying systemic challenges and
opportunities for scale.
Design and drive strategic fulfillment frameworks that balance speed quality and cost
while meeting business-critical demand.
Lead and mentor senior hiring managers and fulfillment teams building strong leadership
capacity within the function.
Champion process innovation governance and system optimization to ensure agility and
scalability.
Leverage global talent intelligence and local market insights to craft targeted interventions
and strategies.
Ensure regulatory compliance and governance while adapting to market realities.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce readiness and talent supply
challenges.
Required Qualifications
18 years of experience in talent acquisition and hiring strategy with at least 5 years in
senior leadership roles.
Demonstrated success in leading country or regional hiring programs in fast-scaling
complex environments.
Deep expertise in talent supply chains SLA-driven fulfillment and workforce planning.
Strong command of ATS/HR systems and cross-border compliance.
Analytical data-driven leadership style with a track record of delivering measurable
outcomes.
Preferred Experience
Prior leadership in country-level or regional TA organizations within tech services.
Hands-on experience with platforms like SuccessFactors Workday SmartRecruiters or
Greenhouse.
Familiarity with offshore onsite models tech demand cycles and global delivery setups.
Proven ability to lead transformational hiring initiatives (automation AI in TA innovative
sourcing models).
