We are seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead end-to-end quality engineering across Organizations digital ecosystem including mobile apps web platforms authentication journeys and API integrations. This strategic role drives the shift toward automation-first AI-led testing embedding modern engineering practices across the SDLC to deliver secure scalable and high-performing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise-wide test strategies across mobile web APIs and digital journeys.
• Champion automation-first and AI-led testing (intelligent test generation predictive defect analytics self-healing frameworks autonomous orchestration).
• Establish AI-driven quality intelligence with real-time insights (release risk scoring defect leakage prediction test effectiveness).
• Embed accessibility by design (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA compliance).
• Drive performance engineering maturity (load stress scalability resilience testing).
• Lead and scale distributed QA teams uplifting capability in automation AI-driven testing accessibility and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering Cyber Security CX and Design.
• Establish data-driven quality governance and integrate AI-enabled quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal Background

• 10 years in software quality engineering with leadership in digital/mobile QA.
• Deep expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium Playwright Cypress Appium API automation).
• Proven experience with AI-led automation and predictive analytics.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and performance engineering tools (JMeter LoadRunner Gatling).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD DevSecOps and cloud-native testing.
• Experience leading distributed teams and leveraging observability/telemetry for quality insights.
• Knowledge of security compliance and financial services/payments domain (preferred).
