Job Summary

Requirements: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start date Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) At least 2 year of experience as an RN. Position Overview: The Registered Nurse provides nursing care as part of our interdisciplinary team in the Patient Care Unit. Must be competent to provide care as the primary nurse in our rural Critical Access Hospital. Housing: Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing. It s extremely expensive especially in the winter. Please consider housing options in the surrounding towns: Basalt Carbondale & Glenwood Springs. $3500/month is common for a 1BR apartment in Basalt. Travelers looking for a housing budget less than this should probably not be submitted. Misc: Not accepting any RTO Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8k elevation)
