Your work environment at EXP
EXP is currently searching for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Coral Gables office.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
Editing and formatting reports proposals and other technical documents.
Supporting project managers during project execution including coordination with stakeholders preparing and finalizing documents with the support of project engineers preparing packages for submissions documenting all records and issuing documents to clients.
Preparing and reviewing proposals standing offer agreements and draft proposal documents.
Composing and distributing meeting notes routine correspondence and reports.
Prioritizing organizing and performing multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Documenting existing and new processes.
Maintaining a filing system and accurate records.
Performing project administrative duties such as document controls and document management document retrieval scheduling management and coordination of inter disciplinary teams meetings project and pursuit information gathering word processing transcription document packaging and finalize document deliverables.
Providing backup support for other teams and divisions as necessary.
What your experience looks like
A post-secondary degree or business diploma or equivalent work experience in an administrative capacity.
At least 10 years of diversified experience in detail-oriented administrative and technical support work.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of staff and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word InDesign Excel Adobe Acrobat Bluebeam and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong editing and proofreading abilities including grammar and sentence structure.
Experience organizing events conferences and marketing events.
Knowledge of engineering industry organizations and coordination.
Ability to lead meetings prepare minutes of meetings and presentations.
Ability to support engineering staff during design and construction update records and bring innovative ideas to team building.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise reports procedures correspondences and other written materials.
Ability to maintain and establish effective working relationships with staff and clients.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Experience working in the engineering or construction industry.
