X-Ray Technologist
Location: Atlanta GA

Pay Rate: $50 per hour
Schedule:

Wednesday Sunday 12:00 PM 8:30 PM
Monday Friday 12:00 PM 8:30 PM

Job Description: The X-Ray Technologist will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in a VAMC facility supporting providers with accurate imaging for patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires a strong focus on patient care safety and image quality.
Requirements:

Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ARRT (R) certification required
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by physicians
Ensure proper patient positioning and radiation safety practices
Operate and maintain radiographic equipment
Review images for quality and accuracy
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow all facility state and federal regulations
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to support patient care
