Position: Service Delivery Manager

Job Description
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations driving service excellence and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end service delivery to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs serving as the primary escalation point for clients and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Additionally the role involves writing SOWs/COs running QBRs connecting with onshore teams and conducting regular service reviews to track operational metrics.
Qualified candidates should possess the following:

5 years of experience in service delivery or operations within the IT/consulting sector.

Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint paired with superb communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage escalations in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with ITIL or Service Management processes (certification is preferred).
