Lead Outpatient Specialty Clinic and elevate access to care in Southeast Alaska. As the RN Manager for Specialty Services youll guide a skilled mission driven team improving clinic operations patient flow safety quality and the overall patient experience-while making a measurable difference in Tribal health across our island community.
What Youll Do
Lead the Specialty Clinic team-coaching staffing and building a culture of safety quality and respect
Partner closely with the Director of Specialty Services and the Supervisor of Scheduling & Referral Coordination to optimize schedules referrals and access
Standardize and improve workflows to enhance throughput reduce wait times and strengthen the patient experience
Ensure clinical reliability-policies procedures and competencies are current understood and consistently followed
Monitor key metrics (flow access quality indicators) and drive continuous improvement
Champion patient safety and regulatory readiness in the ambulatory environment
What Youll Bring
5 years of varied RN experience including 1 year in ambulatory care
2 years supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare
Active RN license in the U.S. (Alaska or ability to obtain)
Proven strengths in team leadership change management and service excellence
