Job Summary

Job Title: PeopleSoft Financials Developer (ERP Migration & Legacy Modernization-14 yrs Exp)

Location: Austin TX - Remote -Any location within the State of Texas

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Experience in software development with the ability to independently perform complex tasks lead technical efforts and apply strong judgment creativity and problem-solving skills
Review analyze and modify programming systems including coding testing and debugging to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
Ensure seamless integration of software components into the ERP environment and maintain system compatibility
Coordinate software integration activities and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Analyze legacy systems built on framework and reverse-engineer business logic for migration purposes
Extract and transform critical business data from legacy systems into PeopleSoft Financials
Perform complex data migration activities from legacy systems to PeopleSoft ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Develop customize and support PeopleSoft Financials applications using PeopleTools
Work extensively with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher for development and system enhancements
Utilize advanced Oracle database skills for data manipulation performance tuning and backend processing
Interpret and work code (C# ) and SQL Server stored procedures to understand existing system functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to document explain and translate legacy system logic into new solutions
Execute standard SDLC activities including requirements analysis design development testing deployment and support
Participate in project planning estimation and execution with the ability to lead and direct the work of others when required
Provide clear and effective written and verbal communication for technical documentation and stakeholder updates
Work within Agile/Scrum environments and utilize tools like Jira for tracking and reporting
Experience with CAPPS Financials (CPA) is preferred
Experience working in public sector environments (Federal State or Local Government) is preferred
Willingness to support off-hours work depending on project phase and deadlines
