Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent in one of the following states: Texas Florida Alabama Tennessee Georgia North Carolina and Arizona. The Superintendent will oversee and manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating labor and materials supervising construction teams managing timelines monitoring budgets ensuring adherence to project specifications and supporting safety protocols. The Superintendent will also act as the main point of contact between project stakeholders and ensure effective communication across all project phases.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project management scheduling and planning
- Leadership and team management skills with an ability to foster effective communication
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction environments
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints plans and specifications
- Familiarity with construction materials tools and equipment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to unexpected challenges
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to the physical demands of construction work
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in construction management is a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience leading multi-family wood framing construction projects.
