Work Model: Onsite (Hybrid flexibility after training)
Duration: 12 months (Possible Extensions)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch some flexibility)
Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.00 Per hr. on w2.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth order processing customer communication and overall sales operations.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational communication and task management skills capable of handling a high volume of orders and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Order Support
- Process a high volume of sales orders via email and internal systems
- Manage order entry tracking and status updates
- Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) credit and rebill processes
- Verify pricing order accuracy and shipment details
Customer Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for customers via email and outbound calls
- Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints professionally
- Communicate customer feedback to the sales team
- Support both U.S. and Canadian aftermarket sales operations
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Prepare and report monthly sales results and performance updates
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Manage email inboxes and prioritize tasks effectively
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales representatives and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Support a team of 12 members (this role will be the 13th team member)
- Assist in maintaining strong internal and external relationships
Work Environment
- Office-based role (cubicle setup; all equipment provided)
- Hybrid flexibility available after initial training period
- Collaborative team environment with direct supervision from the XXXX

Required Qualifications
- 1 3 years of experience in sales support customer service or administrative roles
- Experience with order entry order tracking or sales operations support
- Strong communication skills (email and phone)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aftermarket sales light industry or manufacturing environments
- Background in pharmaceutical companies or third-party resellers (e.g. distribution or water systems industry)
- Experience handling RMA credits and billing adjustments
- Strong email management and task prioritization skills
