Job Summary

Technical bachelors degree or higher (Engineering Computer Science Physics or related) is commonly preferred.
Several years of program or project management experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing operations R&D or related technical environments.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Core skills and competencies
Program and project management (planning scheduling risk and issue management metrics).
Strong technical literacy to interface effectively with engineering and operations teams.
Stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication.
Data-driven decision making and ability to translate technical data into actionable plans.
Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain processes is a plus for operations-focused TPM roles.
