What Youll Do
- Lead the daily operations of the service drive and ensure smooth workflow
- Deliver prompt professional and friendly service to every customer
- Take ownership of the customer experience from arrival to completion
- Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries (phone & in-person)
- Maximize technician productivity by efficiently dispatching work
- Answer questions related to vehicle concerns services and warranties
- Assist with diagnosing issues and coordinating parts and repairs
- Monitor and maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSI) scores
- Oversee warranty processes and ensure compliance with policies
- Support and help lead the service team while fostering a positive work environment
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and internal teams
