Sarah Johnson Area Director Northway AcademySalary: $95000To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below:Providing direct supervision to Program SupervisorsOversee all day-to-day Northway Academy operationsReview utilization on a daily basisParticipate in initial assessments and intake process for all individualsConduct Coordinated Care Conferences and reviews all material needed for admissionsReview and communicate all concerns with both staff and parentsCoordinate all marketing efforts with State and Executive DirectorProvide indirect supervision for all employees at the centerPlan and implement weekly team leadership meetings and monthly staff meetingsNetwork with other outside agencies and providers in the areaOther duties as assigned by supervisorEducation:Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Psychology Education or a related and Licensure:BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification BoardLicensed by the Minnesota Board of PsychologyExperience and Knowledge:Minimum one-year experience working with special populations in behavioral interventionExperience with behavior analysis with-in an applied setting preferredIn-depth knowledge of EIDBI benefits compliance standards and insurance regulationsSome understanding of applicable federal and state regulationsProven experience as a customer service championInternal applicants must be in current position for a minimum of 6 months to applyLeadership & Operational Expertise:Proven ability to lead coach and develop clinical teams and programsExperience in operational oversight including budget management staffing and complianceStrong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive continuous improvementPossess an ability to establish rapport easily and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSkilled in written and oral communications with a focus on conflict resolutionMust be in good standing with SevitaWhy Join Us as an ABA Program DirectorFull-time positionFull compensation/benefits package for employees working 32 hours/week; not to forget your furry friends we offer pet insurance!401(k) with up to 3% company matchHealthy paid time off to support work/life balance plus 8 paid holidaysOption to get paid within 24 hours after your shift with Dayforce WalletRewarding work impacting the lives of those you serve working alongside a great team of coworkersEnjoy job security with nationwide career development and advancement opportunities
