What Youll Do:
- Oversee all nursing operations for a 99-bed SNF
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness at all times
- Drive quality outcomes resident satisfaction and staff engagement
- Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
What Were Looking For:
- Active RN license in California (required)
- Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and survey process
- Proven leadership team-building and clinical oversight skills
- Commitment to excellence in resident-centered care
