- Should be capable of studying competitor architecture and function to cost analysis. Evaluating and approving electronic components based on technical specs quality reliability and cost Lifecycle Management Regulatory Compliance.
- Alternative Component Selection Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Root Cause Analysis. Strong knowledge of electronics components PCB layout basics cost modeling negotiation skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Work closely with business leaders to identify products for regional productivity and bring an impact on gross margin improvement.
- Work with regional sourcing program management for business case development projects creation coordinate for vetting and feasibility
- Work on engineering changes Make Vs Buy analysis adopt Total cost modeling and report out the proposals.
- Ability to adopt the changes in requirements and make quick decisions excellent cross functional team collaborations.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing cost breakup global economic trends and ability to interpret the data for constructive discussion between supplier and cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of suppliers global footprints
- Analyze costs and develop strategies to improve cost-efficiency for both existing and new designs.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Electronics/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
- Professional English speaking and writing.
- Should have electronics manufacturing or design experience.
- Excellent project management communications and presentation skills.
