This is a hybrid role combining in-person customer interaction digital engagement and vehicle acquisition. You will use tools likeSkiaVision to identify opportunities start conversations and guide customers toward selling or trading their vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage customers in the service lane to discuss vehicle value and upgrade opportunities
- Use SkiaVision and internal tools to identify acquisition opportunities in real time
- Build rapport quickly and position our dealership as the easiest place to sell or trade a vehicle
- Work closely with sales and service teams to convert opportunities into purchases
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and follow-up

- Tech-savvy and able to use CRM and engagement tools effectively

Responsibilities
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
- Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Explain product performance application and benefits to prospective customers
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Friendly competitive personality especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Strong customer service communication skills computer and basic math skills
- Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
- Clean driving record & valid drivers license

- Visual acuity requirements include color depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.

- Frequent Repetitive motion.
- Occasional Balancing kneeling crouching pushing pulling lifting up to 20 lbs.
