We are looking for acolleagueto manage the Foundations grant reporting practicesservingasthefoundational layer for monitoring evaluation and learning(MEL)and informationsourcingfor impact youareenthusiastic about MEL and youthrivebeing highlyorganisedandcontinuously engage withmanyinternal and external stakeholders enabling fit-for purpose reporting at large scale then you are a perfect fit for the role.
You will join theImpact Management team which works across the full grant value chain from early initiative design to long-term outcomes and impactevaluation. We support colleagues in strengthening impact pathwaysmonitoringevaluationand learningand generatinginsights about theimpact of theFoundations funding.
We are revising our reporting systems tostrengthen the dialogue between grantees andthe Foundationthatmeetsgranteesin theirrealityimprovesourown premises forMEL-practicesand strengthensour willjoin during anextraordinarytransformationof the Foundationsreporting approachand will be involved in every aspect of reportingfor MEL- and impact communication purposes.
Ideally your responsibilitywill include:
- Internal project lead/coordinator (point of contact) for implementation of new system approach for MEL data collection
- Co-develop reporting policies for the Foundations 3000 active grantsto effectivelymaintainanoverall NNF flexible approach to collecting information from grants (content owner of reporting and reporting design)Develop onboarding information for new grantees
- Maintain dialogue with internal stakeholders around MEL needs andcommunication with external stakeholders
- Supportand enablethe organisation in accessingand using reporting data for MEL.
Professional Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet several of the following criteria:
- A relevant masters degree or higher preferably in social sciences global health public policy development studies evaluation or a engineering.
- 7 years of relevant work experience including:
- Documented experience with complexprojectand process management.
- Experiencepracticingor supporting MEL reporting for example in a grant-making or grant-receivingorganization.
- Experience with survey design data planning and collectingaccurateinformation
- Strong understanding ofprogrammeand large-scale project evaluation impact assessment and MEL.
- Good understanding of thepotentialrole of data science and AI in reporting as well as technical understanding of user needs and reporting systems.
Personal Qualifications
