Finning Canada is looking to hire a Manager Total Rewards to help shape a competitive modern and engaging rewards experience for employees across Canada. This role is ideal for a Total Rewards professional with strong compensation and benefits expertise who enjoys leading a small team and partnering closely with HR and business leaders.Youll oversee core programs; compensation benefits recognition and wellness and play a key role in ensuring our rewards are competitive sustainable and aligned to Finnings strategy. For this position the expected base salary range is between $140000 and $150000 annually.
Job Description:
What Youll Do
Lead compensation programs salary structures job evaluation and annual cycles.
Oversee benefits and pension plans vendor relationships and employee education.
Enhance recognition and wellness programs that support culture and wellbeing.
Provide datadriven insights to support decisions on competitiveness pay equity and program effectiveness.
Lead and develop a small highperforming Total Rewards team.
What You Bring
You dont need to meet every requirement if you have strong compensation and benefits experience and are ready for a leadership role we encourage you to apply.
Experience in Total Rewards with strength in compensation design and market analysis.
Knowledge of benefits pension and wellness programs.
Experience in complex or multisite environments; union exposure is an asset.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to lead people or programs with a collaborative inclusive style.
Designations (CPHR CEBS CCP) are an asset not a requirement.
