Job Title: Registered Nurse Operating Room (OR RN)
Location: Atlanta GA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) with experience in high-acuity settings. The ideal candidate will have prior travel experience strong clinical skills and experience working in a Level 1 Trauma environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room across various surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons during procedures while maintaining sterile technique
- Prepare operating rooms instruments and equipment
- Monitor patient status before during and after surgery
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Schedule & Work Expectations:
- Shift: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM
- Call required
- Weekend and holiday coverage required
- No block scheduling
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Prior travel experience required
- Level 1 Trauma experience required
- Strong clinical skills with high skills checklist ratings
- Experience in a fast-paced surgical environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Burn experience preferred
