Job Summary
BASIS Ed is seeking an entry-level Data Entry Clerk located at our Central Office in Scottsdale to start ASAP!
Location & Schedule: This position is based in Scottsdale AZ and requires regular in-office attendance. The current schedule is hybrid (in-office Monday Wednesday and Friday; remote Tuesday and Thursday) though the role may transition to fully in-office in the future. The standard working hours for this role are 6:30 AM 3:00 PM.
This role will support our Accounts Payable team and focus primarily on accurate data entry document processing and clerical support. No prior accounting experience is required; training will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities:
Enter invoice and vendor data accurately into internal systems
Scan upload and organize financial documents
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Assist with basic clerical and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and data entry skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
