Maintenance Specialist

• Will perform maintenance on all mechanical and electrical components of all manufacturing and processing equipment.and physical plumbing carpentry vehicles.

• Will repair and maintain all mechanical electrical.

• Will perform maintenance on all auxiliary equipment buildings grounds and building.

• Will perform work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Will set-up and operate machines to repair or fabricate new repair parts. Will operate cutting and welding equipment.

• Will unload move install equipment and operate forklifts and company vehicles.

• Will record maintenance work performed on equipment. Candidates must possess the ability to read interpret and perform work based on blueprints and/or CAD drawings.

• Employees will move material as requested and be responsible for the quality of their work.

• Employees will be responsible for the cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment general housekeeping and 6S activities within their work areas.

• Must be able to read comprehend and apply processes criteria and required procedures.

• Responsible for performing the job in a safe and environmentally advantageous manner by following all safety regulatory and environmental rules policies and procedures.

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

• For those who supervise or manage a staff responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition if applicable.

• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all federal state local and Company regulations policies and procedures

• Performs other duties assigned as needed.

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next managment level

• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.

• For those who supervise or manage a staff responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition if applicable

• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal State local and Company regulations policies and procedures

• Performs other duties assigned as neededneeded

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Requires high school education or equivalent.

• Candidates will need to utilize and apply to job responsibilities complex drawings specifications charts tables handbook formulas shop mathematics and a wide variety of precision-measuring
  instruments.

• Must have a broad knowledge of mechanical equipment electricity plumbing carpentry construction experience with PLCs and grounds keeping as acquired through a four (4)-year accredited apprenticeship or eight (8) or more years of diversified experience in industrial maintenance.

• Must have the ability to read understand and apply relevant codes including electrical codes and
  safety practices.

• Required to obtain and maintain forklift operator accreditation.
