Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ECS Operation & Maintenance Specialist to support production equipment operations and maintenance. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Equipment Control System (ECS) to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Manage and operate the Equipment Control System (ECS) for production facilities
- Monitor equipment status and ensure stable system performance
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance support for production equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system efficiency and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate system records and operational documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and system operations
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment operation maintenance or related field
- Hands-on experience with ECS (Equipment Control System) required
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and system-related issues
- Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Work Schedule
- Shift-based schedule:
- 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
