Job Description:

ITAM requirements - SAM Developer HAM developer and ITOM developer with experience in Application discovery and Service Mapping.

Deep ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform particularly the ITAM (SAM/HAM)software licensing models and ITAM best practicesITSM ITOM (Discovery Service Mapping) and CMDB modules.
Ability to configure andcustomiseSAM workflows and dashboards.
Experience integrating SAM Pro with ITSM CMDB procurement and finance systems
Proficiencyin API-based integrations and automation for license reclamation and compliance check
Strong skills in data migration cleansing andnormalisationfor software assets.
In-depth knowledge of the Hardware Asset Management module including asset lifecycle processes (procurement stockroom inventory disposal
Familiarity with auto-discovery tools (SCCM BigFix Qualys) and third-party SAM tools (Flexera Snow
Scripting & Development:Proficiencyin client/server-side scripting (JavaScript Glide API Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes Flow Designer).
Integration Technologies: Experience with key technologies relevant to integrations including REST/SOAP APIs LDAP JDBC ODBC SSO SAML and MID Servers.
