The Employee Services Business Partner will report to the Regional HR Director Europe and collaborate closely with business leaders. Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management.
Support organizational design and structure to enable talent optimization and drive business success.
