Job Summary

Main purpose of the job (max 5):

  • Drive business development strategic sales growth and market presence expansion together with sales team through deep understanding of the industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Identify business opportunities in new and existing markets and collaborate with cross-functional team to implement business development initiatives and projects
  • Systematize the best practice of market expansion and ensure Sales Reps equipped with the strategies tools and knowledge to excel in new business acquisition
  • Work with Sales Reps to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

Primary responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and strategic growth areas
  • Develop and execute the strategic business development plan to expand our customer base and market share in assigned regions and markets
  • Develop and systematize the best practices of market entry strategies prospecting methodologies and sales materials for new business acquisition
  • Design and conduct workshops training sessions for the sales team focusing on skill development in areas of new business development
  • Gather challenges and insights from the sales team continuously improve sales strategies tools and internal training programs
  • Involve in complex technical and commercial negotiations for high-value projects
  • Ensure market intelligence new customer requirements and industry development trends to be effectively communicated to inform strategy and innovation by cross-functional collaboration

Education: Bachelor Degree in technical agricultural or business discipline

Minimum No of years of experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales marketing or business development preferably in the dairy or agricultural industry
  • Strong commercial technical and market knowledge

Min. Managerial experience or specific skills required:

  • Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo and to constantly seek for improvement needs and opportunities
  • Good networking skills internally and externally
  • Business analysis planning forecasting strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of contracting and related laws/regulations.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Engagement interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated proactive and energetic
  • Capable of working independently while being a collaborative team player
