Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Branch Operations Manager to oversee and streamline

the daily operations of our Branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient branch

operations maintaining high standards of customer service and driving operational excellence. As Branch

Operations Manager you will manage a team improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the

branch while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all activities.

Manage and supervise the branch staff.

Ensure adherence to company policies safety standards and legal regulations.

Monitor branch performance including sales customer service and operational metrics.

Maintain inventory levels manage stock and ensure proper handling and storage of goods.

Collaborate with the sales team to align operations with business goals and customer needs.

Address and resolve any operational or customer service issues that arise in a timely and

professional manner.

Implement cost-control measures and work towards improving profitability.



Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management in auto parts industry.

Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands.
